该节目是由优酷、灿星出品的街舞选拔类真人秀，由王一博、韩庚、刘宪华、张艺兴担任明星队长。该季赛制将是精英挑战赛。第一阶段的赛制通过中国舞者的对抗、国外舞者的融合，要看到精英的实力。到第二赛段，每个阶段都有各个国家的选手，会领到主题任务，比如要融合中国风。决赛则是类似NBA全明星赛，最终产生一支全明星国际连队。
